I. General Conditions

1. The owner of internet store available on the web site www.medpatent.com.pl is the company Med Patent Sp. z o.o. located at Szucha 8 Ave., 00-582 Warszawa, Poland, registered under the TAX ID number 1231122554 and REGON number 141094983.

2. Shop offer is addressed to individuals and businesses and carried out in accordance with the laws of trade.

3. Photos and descriptions of the products presented in the store come directly from Med Patent, other manufacturers and distributors. Offered products may in fact differ in detail from the images and information presented on Store websites.

4. We strive to offer presented on the Store was reliable and valid, but due to high sales dynamics published availability of the goods does not always reflect the facts. In case of temporary absence of the goods we will contact with you to set individually a deadline of the order or offer any other product available for sale.

5. All prices listed in the store are gross prices in Polish zloty or other currencies and include VAT. Price shown on the product at the time the order is binding for both parties of transaction.

6. On all goods purchased in our store we can issue a VAT invoice if customer asks for it.

II. Placing orders

1. Customer may place orders electronically using the cart feature available on the Store, by e-mail or telephone contact.

2. Customer can place orders without registering in the shop or by prior registration.

3. The Purchaser is obliged to provide the data needed to form the order (names and address) and phone number and e-mail address in order to allow confirmation of order. We reserve the right to telephone confirmation of your order. Site Owner also reserves the right to refuse orders that have raised the credibility of the buyer.

4. After the submission of any order the customer will receive the confirmation email to the email address provided on the form.

5. Following the execution of the order on the date of delivery of goods to the carrier, the customer receives information by e-mail about sending the goods.

6. Contract of the sale of goods on the basis of placed and confirmed order is concluded in Polish or English language.

III. Payments

1. The payment for ordered goods (together with extra-cost supply) can be paid:
- In advance by credit card using Pay Pal service,
- Cash on delivery (via the Polish Post Office or courier service) delivery only in Poland,
- Transfer to a bank account in Warsaw’s Alior Bank 32 2490 0005 0000 4520 6073 3568.

IV. Delivery

1. Deliveries are realized on Polish territory and abroad to selected countries. The delivery time is usually from 2 to 10 working days needed for compiling, packaging of goods ordered and shipping time. For certain products this time may be longer, then it is mentioned in the product description.

2. Available delivery methods:
- By courier (on Polish territory),
- Postal package (Polish territory) and express Postal package (in Poland and abroad).

3. Shipping fees depend on the country of delivery and weight of products ordered, calculated on the basis of courier pricing and include the price of the package. In the case of temporary absence of the selected goods or the independent reasons of Shop price increase, we will contact with the client to inform him/her about the situation and determine how to proceed. You may cancel the order if proposed conditions are not responding to you.

4. Our shop is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrect work of the courier.

V. Warranties

1. All products offered in the store are brand new and covered by the guarantee of the latent defects.

2. All Med Patent products are covered by warranty.

VI. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the mechanical damage during transportation or lack of goods will be considered only on the basis of the injury written protocol done at the time of receipt of goods in the presence of the shipper. It is recommended to check the package in the presence of the person providing delivery and in case of damage - to draw up minutes of injury and not collecting the goods.

2. If the complaint regards the technical defects of purchased goods, faulty goods should be returned (within 30 days after the discovery of a defect, but no later than one year from date of purchase) to:

3. Careful check up of outer package before collecting is essential to take account of any customer claims for damage or robbery of the goods from package during transport.

4. Costs of returning of the goods are paid by the buyer. If the claim is accepted our Store will return the cost of shipping. With returned goods buyer must attach proof of purchase such us original bill / invoice, a notice containing the exact description of the complaint and determining the demand arising from the warranty and warranty card (in the case of goods covered by manufacturer's warranty). Returned goods may not be messy and should be complete.

5. A complaint will be dealt with within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

6. Complaints are not subject to mechanical damage and other damage caused by improper use.

7. Goods admitted to the complaint shall be exchanged for identical (or another, in agreement with the client). The cost of shipping of new product (the same or with similar weight and dimensions) to the Customer shall be covered by shop.

VII. Canceling orders

1. If the performance of the order has been initiated, the Purchaser may cancel the order made only by telephone at the telephone number indicated in the address data of the company.

2. If the customer cancels the order after payment of debts, the total amount will be immediately returned to the bank account designated by him/her, not later than within 14 days.

3. You are not allowed to cancel the order which has already been sent to you.

VIII. Returns and exchanges

1. In our shop you can return goods within 10 days of receipt of shipment. In order to return the purchased product please contact us. The cost of returning the goods is covered by the customer. Return of product or products should be accompanied with received sales document. If the customer has received the consignment of FREE OF CHARGE products - they should also be returned (not applicable to the advertising folders). In the event of non-conformity the buyer has the right to require replacement or reduction of price or withdraw from the contract if immediately notify the vendor.

2. In our shop there is also a possibility to exchange the purchased goods within 10 days of receipt of shipment. In order to exchange the product purchased, please contact us. Cost of return and shipping cost of goods exchanged is covered by the customer. Exchanges of product or products must be made together with the sales document received by buyer. If the customer has received the consignment of FREE OF CHARGE products - they should also be returned (not applicable to the advertising folders). Along with the replacement Customer will receive a corrected sales document. If FREE OF CHARGE products come together with the replacement, Customer will receive them again with the replacement / replacements.

IX. Privacy Policy

1. When placing an order, Customer agrees to conscious processing and use of personal data in order to carry out the order, to handle any complaints, in order to facilitate future purchases and possibly in other information purposes strictly in accordance with applicable law.

2. Personal data provided by the Customer at the time of registration and when ordering is collected by Med Patent under the terms of the regulations of protection of personal data. We are committed to the protection of personal data of our clients.

3. In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997. (Journal of Law No 133/97, pt 883) each Med Patent Client agrees to the processing of their personal data, is entitled to have access to these data, their amendment or request removal from our database.

X. Final Provisions

1. Store Owner reserves the right to:
- Introduction of a new products,
- To withdraw from the sale of certain products or changes in their prices,
- To carry out and remove all types of promotional and sales actions or make changes without notifying users,
- Changes in the shipping price list.

2. Shop offer is valid on Polish territory and beyond its borders in selected countries. Implementation of international shipments is possible under certain conditions published in the shop.

3. These Regulations are part of the content to be concluded by Med Patent and customer contracts of sale in accordance with Polish law and European Union law.

4. Using the Internet Med Patent Store is tantamount to acceptance of these Rules. Any complaints about how the provision of services arising from ignorance or because of non-compliance of these Regulations shall not be considered.

5. Rules may be changed at any time. Amendments to the Rules of Procedure come in force from the moment they are published on the Patent Med Store pages. The changes do not effect the rights and obligations of users to ongoing services.

6. Court competent to hear disputes arising under the contract of sale is the court competent for the seat of the defendant or the court competent for the place of execution.

7. Matters not covered by these Regulations will be covered by the provisions of the Civil Code and the Law on Competition and Consumer Protection.
